Parts and after-sales service that can be provided
Our machines have a three-year warranty for the entire machine and a two-year warranty for the laser source.
The maintenance and after-sales service of laser cleaning machines are relatively simple and can generally be solved by replacing parts.

(1) Replacement of parts
If the parts are damaged by non-human factors, we will send the parts to you by international express and we will bear the shipping cost, such as focusing lens.
Or we will replace them for free, such as laser cleaning head.

(2) Return to factory for repair
If the machine is damaged by non-human factors, we will send a courier to pick up the parts or machine.
If the machine is damaged due to improper operation, we need you to send the parts or machine back or we will pick it up at your door, but you need to bear the shipping and repair costs.
Of course there will generally be a certain discount.

Regarding the warranty process of the machine, I can roughly explain it to you:
(1) After you receive the machine, we will set up a WhatsApp group to explain the machine and answer questions. My after-sales staff and I will be in the group.
(2) When the machine encounters a problem, you can show it to us in the group. Our after-sales staff will conduct a preliminary inspection.
(3) When the problem of the machine can be solved by replacing simple parts, we will send the parts to you by international express.
(4) When the problem of the machine needs to be returned to the factory for repair, we will guide you to send the whole machine or laser source back or we will pick it up at your door.
(5) For some problems, we will return the machine to the factory for repair, and for some problems, we need to return it to the laser source manufacturer for repair.
(6) These are free during the warranty period.
(7) If the warranty period has expired or the machine is damaged beyond human effort, we will first inspect it and issue a repair agreement. After the repair, you will be required to bear the repair costs and shipping costs after the discount.
